Hi, I'm your farmer, Nicole!
I'm Nicole Foster, a Sustainable Health Advocate, Regenerative Farmer, and Lover of All Things Slow Mornings and Snuggling with My Babies. Iā€™ll never forget the day I decided I need more for myself and my family. It was 2020 when I was deep into the world of learning about nutrients and how vital they were for our health. I was pregnant with a 1.5 year old baby and KNEW that this was necessary not just for me but for their health and their future. So I sold our cozy little home in a beautiful city neighborhood to run back to my roots. I bought a small farm in my hometown and started raising food (and babies) as close to nature as I could. I am honored to lead this life and Iā€™m so excited to share some of it with you.
Here weā€™re on a deeper mission; to restore vitality to the people, our food, and our soil beneath our feet.
